DEFINITIONS
“Customer” means the entity or Customer that has purchased a subscription to the System.
“System” means the hardware server purchased by Customer and installed at their location. Not included in the System are any third party cloud based software services to which the server is connected.

“Website Visitor” means any individual who accesses the Website.

A. Information Collected From Website Visitors
VisOne will collect and use your personal information as a general Website Visitor in the following instances:
When you apply for employment with VisOne, we will collect your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and your professional or employment information (resume, cover letter, employment history, and educational history). When you book a demo, we will collect your name and email address. We use this personal information to book your demo and communicate with you.
When you sign up for the VisOne monthly newsletter, we will collect your email address to fulfill your request. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided with each email. Please note that we will continue to send you emails necessary to the Website or any assistance you request.

VisOne will collect and use your personal information as a Customer in the following instances:

When you purchase a subscription, we will collect your name, billing address, and banking or payment card information (account number, ABA routing number, card number, CVV, expiration date). We use this personal information to process your payment. Please note our payment processor collects and processes this information directly on our behalf and VisOne only maintains historical payment information.
When you create an account for the System, we will collect your name, email address, physical address, and customer name. We use this personal information to create and maintain your account, communicate with you, and facilitate your access to the System.

C. Information Received From Customers
VisOne will collect and use your personal information as a Customer in the following instances:

The Services do not support Do Not Track (DNT).

VisOne implements and maintains reasonable security measures to protect the personal information VisOne collects and maintains. These security measures include access controls and encryption. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and VisOne is unable to guarantee the absolute security of the information collected from you.
AGE RESTRICTION
The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
